This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead the CRM Service Team to provide clinical services, technical expertise, and support for implant and revenue objectives.

• Mentor and enhance the skills of direct reports through performance management, goal setting, development planning, and continuous feedback.

• Recruit and onboard CRM Clinical Specialists while cultivating a diverse talent pipeline.

• Implement CRM service strategies, programs, technological solutions, and key initiatives throughout the district.

• Enhance service optimization, operational efficiency, and the rollout of new service models.

• Collaborate with sales and key stakeholders to carry out strategies that support service-related business goals.

• Align clinical resources with regional and district leadership according to business priorities and service requirements.

• Oversee inventory, expenses, and assets to facilitate efficient service delivery and uphold Customer Focused Quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree along with 5+ years of professional experience, which includes 3+ years in clinical management.

• At least 2 years of leadership experience in Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP) services.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria set forth in 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.

• Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout the duration of employment.

• Familiarity with the local cardiac customer base and CRM service coverage necessities for implants and follow-up care.

• Background in medical device sales, marketing, training, healthcare, or technical services.

• Training or experience in Lean Sigma methodologies.

• Proven business acumen, strategic execution capabilities, and a track record of coaching and developing employees.
