This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Oversee the CRM Service Team to provide clinical services, technical expertise, and support for implant and revenue objectives.

• Mentor and develop direct reports through performance management, goal setting, development planning, and continuous feedback.

• Recruit and onboard CRM Clinical Specialists while fostering a diverse talent pool.

• Implement CRM service strategies, programs, technology solutions, and key initiatives throughout the district.

• Enhance service optimization, operational efficiency, and the rollout of new service models.

• Collaborate with sales and key stakeholders to achieve service-related business goals.

• Coordinate clinical resources with regional and district leadership according to business priorities and service demands.

• Oversee inventory, expenses, and assets to ensure efficient service delivery and a Customer Focused Quality approach.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and over 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in clinical management.

• More than 2 years of service leadership experience in Medtronic Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and/or Electrophysiology (EP).

• Must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment.

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a degree that meets the criteria of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is essential.

• Familiarity with the local cardiac customer base and CRM service coverage needs for implants and follow-up care.

• Background in medical device sales, marketing, training, healthcare, or technical services.

• Training or experience in Lean Sigma methodologies.

• Proven business acumen, strategic execution skills, and experience in coaching and developing team members.
