District Manager – Northeast Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Recruit, develop, mentor, and train sales representatives to enhance their effectiveness.

• Hold the team accountable for achieving results through coaching and performance management.

• Implement necessary corrective actions to meet both team and personal objectives.

• Articulate the organization’s mission, vision, and values, and explain their relevance to individual team members.

• Create and execute business plans aligned with organizational strategy.

• Enhance customer engagement to influence Eye Care Practitioner behavior.

• Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

• Track call metrics, including reach and frequency to targeted accounts.

• Ensure adherence to regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +13 yrs.; Associate's +9 yrs.; M.S. +2 yrs.).

• 5 years of relevant experience.

• 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience.

• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating in English.

• Ideal candidates should reside in Northern Virginia to cover the Northeast Region.
