District Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage several locations within the assigned district.

• Ensure each location is staffed with skilled and well-trained employees who provide outstanding customer service.

• Implement and uphold standard operating procedures to guarantee consistency in service quality and operational efficiency.

• Conduct routine audits of location operations to verify compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.

• Create and execute marketing strategies aimed at boosting customer traffic and revenue growth.

• Offer leadership and mentorship to location managers and staff to cultivate a positive work environment and encourage employee development.

• Monitor and evaluate financial performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement and formulate strategies to increase profitability.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations within the industry for all locations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in a district management or multi-unit management position within the industry or a related automotive sector.

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

• Demonstrated success in meeting revenue targets and operational goals.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to analyze financial data and create action plans for performance improvement.

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations relevant to the industry.

• Willingness to travel within the district and occasionally outside of it as required.
