
Distributor Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage with existing members, as well as those with cancelled and lapsed accounts, to introduce or reintroduce them to AIM iQ.
• Facilitate the onboarding of distributors onto the complimentary AIM iQ Starter tier and clarify how the platform can benefit their business.
• Conduct live product demonstrations and walkthroughs via phone and screen sharing.
• Identify accounts that would be suitable for transitioning from the free Starter tier to a paid tier.
• Ensure consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle to promote activation and upgrades.
• Re-engage cancelled and lapsed distributors by understanding their reasons for leaving and highlighting the improvements made.
• Keep precise records of every interaction, account status, and next steps in the CRM system.
• Achieve and surpass activity, activation, and upgrade goals.
• Collect and share customer feedback with the team to enhance the pitch, product offerings, and processes.
• Travel occasionally for industry events, member visits, and team meetings, up to 20% of the time.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a phone-based sales, inside sales, or account management position.
• Preferably experience in selling software, platforms, or services on a recurring basis.
• Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls and maintaining resilience throughout a full sales pipeline.
• Ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms and help users feel at ease with the technology.
• Proven history of upselling or upgrading customers from a free or introductory tier to a paid plan.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and maintaining an organized pipeline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
• Experience in the promotional products sector or a related distribution or wholesale industry is a plus.
• Strong consultative sales instincts.
• Confidence in managing objections, particularly from cancelled or hesitant accounts.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to follow through.
• Capability to work independently in a remote environment while staying engaged with the team.
• Willingness and ability to travel within the United States as required.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and adaptable attitude.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of formal education.
