This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Perform evaluations and consultations for hearing aids.
• Develop customized treatment strategies.
• Suggest hearing technology tailored to each patient's requirements.
• Fit, verify, and adjust hearing devices using best practices, inclusive of real-ear measurement.
• Guide patients and their families throughout the rehabilitation journey.
• Offer continuous follow-up and clinical care over the long term.
• Collaborate with physicians and onsite Clinic Assistants to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Oversee the clinical relationship during evaluation, treatment planning, counseling, and verification phases.
• Provide remote programming via the MaestroFusion® platform across various practices.
• Background in an ENT, private audiology, or hearing aid retail environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct clinical experience.
• Must be licensed or eligible for licensure as an audiologist (AuD or master's in Audiology).
• Experience with hearing aid dispensing.
• Proficient verification and fitting capabilities.
• Preferred professional certification (CCC-A or ABA).
• Familiarity with major hearing aid manufacturers and remote programming platforms is preferred.
• Remote working experience is advantageous.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard clinic hours.
• Texas location and licensure context required.
• Participation in the MaestroAuD® Certification Program to prepare for remote work.
• Assistance with licensure in applicable states.
• Fixed weekly schedule available for part-time or full-time roles.
