Disease Management Solutions Clinical Support Specialist, 90% Travel

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +45 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide hands-on and remote clinical training for Philips Disease Management Solutions, focusing mainly on DynaCAD and UroNav.

• Offer product education and implementation assistance.

• Act as a clinical consultant for physicians and technologists.

• Deliver workflow guidance and application support.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Service, Customer Support, Quality, Research & Development, and Manufacturing teams.

• Facilitate customer success, product implementations, and the introduction of new products.

• Assemble and install the UroNAV product.

• Diagnose software and workflow issues.

• Assist customers in optimizing advanced imaging and post-processing solutions.

• Travel about 90% to customer locations across the United States.

• Operate from a home-based office while adapting to changing customer locations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as an MRI Technologist and/or Ultrasound Technologist.

• In-depth knowledge of imaging workflows and patient care settings.

• Proficiency in troubleshooting software, computer, networking, and basic DICOM issues.

• Excellent teaching, presentation, and customer-facing communication abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent education in Radiology.

• Current ARRT credential with advanced MRI or active ARDMS certification.

• Capability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, demonstrate sound judgment, and cultivate strong relationships.

• Willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays.

• Reside within a commutable distance of a major (non-regional) airport.

• Preferred: Over 10 years of clinical experience in MRI or Ultrasound.

• Preferred: Experience with image generation and data analysis tools.

• Preferred: Advanced knowledge of clinical applications, post-processing products, and troubleshooting imaging systems.

• Must meet minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

• US work authorization is mandatory; candidates requiring current or future visa sponsorship will not be considered.

• Must live in or within commuting distance of a major (non-regional) airport.
