Disaster Recovery Manager, Technology and Digital

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in managerial and leadership roles.

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Proven experience in architecting enterprise applications and databases that employ load balancing, horizontal scalability, high availability, containerization, and serverless technologies.

• Demonstrated expertise in Cloud Native Design Patterns, Microservices, and API Strategy.

• Experience in Java and web application development in high-pressure environments.

• Strong knowledge of software development technologies, particularly in high-volume solutions.

• Familiarity with Smart / FHIR implementations.

• Experience in developing fault-tolerant distributed systems is highly advantageous.

• Understanding of Agile Software Development practices.

• Background in Service-Oriented Architecture, microservices architecture implementation, service versioning, and backward compatibility.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven capability to recruit and manage technical teams, including performance oversight.

• Must reside in Florida, USA.
