Area Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the South East region comprising around 25 dental practices

• Drive sustainable business expansion throughout the area

• Maintain the highest standards in patient care

• Manage the financial performance of the area, focusing on revenue and EBITDA

• Lead Practice Managers along with their respective teams

• Propel effective operational execution while ensuring strict cost control

• Collaborate with Clinical leaders and regionally aligned colleagues

• Enhance performance across all practices

• Guarantee exceptional patient outcomes and experiences

• Foster high colleague engagement and operational excellence

• Meet financial and strategic goals

• Track EBITDA, revenue, practice-related KPIs, colleague engagement, as well as compliance and regulatory standards

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in multi-site leadership within a customer-focused, commercial setting

• Solid background in P&L management

• Proficiency in understanding and interpreting data to make informed decisions and drive results

• Proven ability to motivate and inspire remote teams

• Experience in collaborative work with business partners

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Capability to manage high-pressure situations and resolve issues effectively

• Confidence and presence to lead, influence, and engage with stakeholders

• Flexibility and adaptability in handling changing priorities

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently to practices across the South East
