This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Develop and implement the global strategy along with a multi-year roadmap for the designated service portfolio.
• Define the vision for the service, its value proposition, operating model, and strategic priorities in alignment with the overall HR operating model.
• Function as the business owner, balancing customer value, employee experience, scalability, cost, and operational performance.
• Convert emerging business and HR requirements into new or improved service capabilities.
• Establish objectives, KPIs, success metrics, and governance structures for the service.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with HR leaders, COEs, stakeholders, and regional partners to grasp evolving needs.
• Promote enterprise-wide adoption and ensure consistent service experiences across various businesses, geographies, and functions.
• Address complex cross-functional issues and persuade senior stakeholders to align with service objectives.
• Broaden the service portfolio by identifying new markets, demographics, processes, and capabilities.
• Create the service catalog, develop business cases for enhancements, and outline strategies to overcome adoption barriers.
• Manage the financial and operational performance of the service, including demand, cost efficiency, service adoption, portfolio growth, addressable market, and opportunities for expanding the service catalog.
• Act as the primary strategic partner to HR leadership, Global Process Owners, business leaders, regional stakeholders, and People Services Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience with a minimum of 14 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 12 years of experience.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-level or cross-functional HR initiatives.
• Background in HR operations or a related field, encompassing talent acquisition, pre-boarding, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to assess success, identify gaps, and promote continuous improvement.
• Experience in managing multi-year service roadmaps, portfolios, and growth strategies.
• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S. without the company’s immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
• MBA or Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills are preferred.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to transform data into actionable insights is preferred.
• Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize tasks effectively, and foster alignment in a matrixed environment is preferred.
