This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Provide strategic guidance across various technology functions, including software engineering, platform system development, information security, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and PMO/program or project management.
• Establish direction for addressing strategic business and technology challenges.
• Align technical infrastructure, architecture, application systems, and relevant business processes with enterprise and GTS strategies.
• Ensure effective functioning and cohesive implementation across teams.
• Act as a strategic resource for complex business and technology problem-solving and direction setting.
• Manage relationships with peers, executive stakeholders, and team members.
• Plan annual, multi-year, and program-level initiatives in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Prepare, deliver, and utilize technical vision, strategy, and enterprise roadmaps.
• Engage teams, peers, business stakeholders, and industry experts in innovation and strategic discussions.
• Drive strategic or transformational change within the functional area and business.
• Identify and lead the adoption of industry best practices.
• Participate in Global Technology Solutions enterprise-level planning and strategy formulation.
• Actively manage functional and business-level risks.
• Monitor the performance of direct reports, providing coaching, counseling, conducting performance reviews, and recommending salary increases.
• Identify and prioritize training needs.
• Maintain effective communication across technical functional areas and externally.
• Prepare and monitor Key Job Activities (KJAs) for direct reports.
• Participate in departmental budget development and oversee expenses.
• Monitor turnover, productivity, staffing, and overall performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 2 additional years of experience relevant to the functional area.
• At least 6 years of management experience with responsibilities for hiring, training, assigning work, and overseeing the performance of direct reports.
• Broad technology expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities.
• Extensive knowledge of technology relevant to the functional areas of responsibility, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Comprehensive understanding of business systems and processes, especially industry best practices.
• Proven skills in leveraging technology to meet business objectives.
• Strong capabilities in strategic planning.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to consistently exercise discretion and independent judgment.
• For remote positions, high engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.
• Advanced knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related platform capabilities.
• Experience in defining Salesforce platform strategy, governance frameworks, Center of Excellence operating models, prioritization, standards, and multi-year roadmap planning.
• Understanding of Salesforce architecture, application lifecycle management, SDLC, release management, and platform modernization.
• Experience managing complex multi-org, multi-cloud Salesforce environments.
• Profound understanding of MuleSoft and API-led integration architecture.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, customer platforms, analytics solutions, and identity management services.
• Experience leading DevOps practices using Copado, Gearset, Salesforce DevOps Center, GitHub, or equivalent CI/CD platforms.
• Experience in defining enterprise AI strategies within CRM platforms, including Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein, generative AI, and agentic AI.
• Understanding of AI governance, intelligent automation, and responsible AI adoption.
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), including customer data strategy, identity resolution, audience segmentation, data quality, governance, and the activation of unified customer profiles.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, Salesforce Shield, compliance controls, data governance, audit requirements, and platform resiliency in regulated environments, including SOX, HIPAA, and privacy standards.
