This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Develop and implement a nationwide sourcing and recruitment strategy for hourly, salaried, and leadership positions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on workforce planning, including forecasting hiring demands and capacity planning for new venues and acquisitions.
• Create talent pipelines in the audiovisual, event technology, hospitality, and corporate technology sectors.
• Set enterprise-wide hiring process standards for intake, interviewing, assessment, offers, and hiring manager support.
• Manage the employer value proposition and brand across career sites, social media, job content, and candidate-facing platforms.
• Coordinate recruitment marketing initiatives, create content, and develop employee advocacy programs in partnership with Marketing and Communications.
• Oversee the presence on employer review platforms and leverage candidate feedback to enhance hiring practices.
• Represent Pinnacle Live at industry events, career fairs, trade schools, training programs, and apprenticeship collaborations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding team.
• Manage the recruiting technology ecosystem, including ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, assessments, and programmatic advertising.
• Oversee the talent acquisition budget and manage agency/vendor relationships.
• Develop recruiting analytics and report outcomes and forecasts to the CHRO and executive leadership.
• Ensure compliant, consistent, and legally defensible hiring practices across various states, properties, and unionized locations.
• Achieve first-year goals including a national hiring model, improved time-to-fill and offer acceptance rates, employer-brand content, venue staffing pipelines, team development plans, and an executive talent dashboard.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field is required.
• A combination of education and directly related experience will also be considered.
• A Master's degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Human Resources leadership.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing Talent Acquisition teams and recruiting operations across multiple locations or business units.
• Proven experience in building, restructuring, or scaling a talent acquisition function.
• Experience in workforce planning and demand forecasting related to growth, seasonal needs, new locations, or acquisitions.
• Familiarity with federal and multi-state employment laws, including EEO, ADA, FLSA, OFCCP, Form I-9, and background screening standards.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%, including overnight trips.
• Experience in a high-growth private-equity-backed or post-acquisition environment, particularly in M&A talent integration.
• Agency, RPO, or staffing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, iCIMS, UKG, or SmartRecruiters is preferred.
• Experience in building early-career and technical talent pipelines through trade schools, apprenticeships, military and veteran initiatives, or community partnerships is preferred.
• Ability to influence senior executives and operational leaders with P&L responsibilities.
• Capability to lead organizational change and promote process adoption within a decentralized workforce.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executives.
• Strong project management abilities.
• Good judgment in handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Capacity to sit at a desk, stand or walk for extended periods, bend and stoop, communicate effectively, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
