📋 Description

• Oversee the spatial data capabilities.

• Establish and refine spatial data standards, governance structures, and best practices.

• Develop repeatable processes for ensuring data quality, stewardship, audit preparedness, and consistency.

• Foster alignment among clients, tools, regions, and service delivery frameworks.

• Convert spatial data expertise into tangible business value for clients and the organization.

• Enhance reporting accuracy, implementation quality, scalability, and decision-making support.

• Utilize spatial and occupancy data to facilitate predictive, data-driven decisions based on current occupancy models.

• Optimize, implement, and oversee advanced spatial systems that assess utilization and adapt workplace environments to meet business requirements.

• Evaluate modernization and emerging AI opportunities to enhance workflows, reporting, or client value.

• Collaborate with technology teams on the implementation, re-implementation, and continuous enablement of workplace technology.

• Translate business requirements into data, process, and platform specifications.

• Ensure data standards and governance align with practical implementation realities.

• Update and document playbooks, methodologies, process maps, and guidelines for space allocation, planning, audits, utilization, and real-time occupancy.

• Develop frameworks that enhance repeatability, quality, and consistency throughout the practice.

• Lead discussions regarding processes, accountability, decision-making rights, and consistency to enhance service delivery at scale.

• Provide guidance to clients on spatial data integrity and contemporary space management practices.

• Link occupancy, utilization, and planning data to strategic workplace and portfolio decisions.

• Contribute to thought leadership, reusable content, and practice development initiatives.

• Identify prospects to enhance service delivery and support client development.


⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Spatial Data Management, workplace data, occupancy data, or related space management fields.

• Strong background in data governance, consistency, stewardship, standards development, and quality assurance.

• Experience applying data discipline from a business perspective, linking technical or operational efforts to business and client results.

• Experience collaborating with technology teams to facilitate system implementation, platform enablement, or business-to-technology translation.

• Experience supporting workplace, occupancy, reservation, IWMS, or similar workplace technology platforms.

• Excellent client-facing communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

• Experience in creating playbooks, methodologies, standards, process documentation, or best-practice resources.

• Strong appreciation for documentation and the creation of clear, scalable, and reusable standards, workflows, and guidance.

• Comfort in leading discussions about processes, governance, accountability, and working methodologies.

• Experience utilizing occupancy, utilization, or spatial data to support forecasting, planning, and real estate decision-making.

• Ability to influence across various functions and develop a growing capability area.

• Ability to work effectively across different regions, cultures, and time zones to support a globally integrated practice.

• Preferred: Experience with major occupancy, reservation, IWMS, or space management platforms.

• Preferred: Experience assisting with re-implementation or workplace modernization projects.

• Preferred: Experience in developing thought leadership content, case studies, or practice materials.

• Preferred: Familiarity with emerging workplace platform technology trends, including AI opportunities.

• Preferred: Experience supporting growth initiatives, proposal coordination, or operational enablement.

• Preferred: Experience working with global or multi-regional clients, teams, or service delivery models.
