This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and oversee the centralized Specialty Pharmacy and Alternative Sites of Care (SP/ASOC) Data Center of Excellence.
• Develop and implement the SP/ASOC data partnership strategy in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Standardize comprehensive SP/ASOC data partnership operations, including aspects like contracting, vendor management, onboarding, reporting, analytics, communication, restatements, updates, and issue resolution.
• Align data partnerships with business priorities, launch requirements, compliance expectations, and decision-making use cases.
• Lead systematic partner onboarding and launch support initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Data Monitoring and Standards team to set data quality expectations, service levels, monitoring routines, performance metrics, standards, privacy, security, compliance, and regulatory expectations.
• Drive proactive issue management and root-cause analysis for resolution.
• Oversee the acquisition and delivery of data through integration into Novartis platforms and systems.
• Establish governance and oversight mechanisms for SP/ASOC partners.
• Provide reports on partnership performance, data quality, launch readiness, issue resolution, and governance to senior leadership.
• Develop scalable Center of Excellence (COE) processes, playbooks, and operational methodologies.
• Assess partnerships, processes, and technology solutions to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, scalability, and overall business impact.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 8+ years of experience in data partnerships, data operations, market access, channel strategy, specialty pharmacy, patient services, healthcare data management, or similar roles.
• Expert knowledge of Specialty Pharmacy and Alternative Sites of Care (SP/ASOC) data partnerships, vendor oversight, contracting execution, data onboarding, standards alignment, and best practices in operational data delivery.
• Preferred experience with specialty pharmacies, alternative sites of care, hub/service providers, healthcare data vendors, or functional teams that depend on SP/ASOC data.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards regarding data privacy and security.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong project management skills, including the management of complex cross-functional initiatives, partner timelines, launch dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables.
• Ability to influence and drive change within a complex organizational landscape.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in identifying root causes, managing data quality risks, resolving partner issues, and ensuring the integrity, security, quality, and usability of SP/ASOC data.
