This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take charge of Mia’s organic social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other emerging channels.
• Create tailored strategies for national, location-specific, and surgeon accounts.
• Define content pillars, innovative concepts, ongoing series, and strategies specific to each platform.
• Maintain a distinct, culturally relevant, and unique brand voice.
• Leverage performance data and trends to pinpoint content, formats, and creators for scaling or adjustments.
• Lead and cultivate Mia’s social media and influencer marketing team.
• Set up roles, workflows, accountability, and performance expectations.
• Oversee social leaders and assist location-based teams.
• Develop processes for content planning, approvals, publishing, analytics, and account governance.
• Manage the influencer marketing strategy, including creator selection, partnerships, compensation, deliverables, and performance metrics.
• Foster relationships with influencers, creators, patient ambassadors, and strategic partners.
• Monitor influencer effectiveness, including engagement, leads, consultations, deposits, procedures, and return on investment.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to assess account, content, employee, location, surgeon, and campaign effectiveness.
• Track reach, engagement, video performance, follower growth, inquiries, leads, consultations, and booked procedures.
• Convert social performance into actionable recommendations and plans.
• Collaborate with CRM, paid media, sales, and analytics teams to enhance attribution and patient acquisition.
• Identify high-performing organic content suitable for paid media and other marketing channels.
• Work alongside content production teams on creative priorities, briefs, and deliverables.
• Ensure shoots produce reusable assets for social media, paid media, email, SMS, and patient education.
• Balance professional production quality with authentic, platform-native content.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, digital content, or brand marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in people management.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing social strategies for consumer-focused brands.
• Extensive knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• Strong understanding of influencer marketing, creator partnerships, and performance evaluation.
• Preferred experience in managing multi-account or multi-location social environments.
• Exceptional creative judgment combined with analytical and performance-oriented decision-making.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools such as Sprout Social, SocialPilot, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
• Preferred experience in healthcare, aesthetics, beauty, hospitality, lifestyle, or another visually-driven consumer brand.
