This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Take charge of strategy, go-to-market planning, and sales execution for Cisco’s AI Infrastructure and Connectivity portfolio across the Americas.
• Lead a specialized sales team focused on achieving balanced growth between hardware and software offerings.
• Enhance Cisco’s reputation as a leader in the AI infrastructure sector.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with C-suite executives.
• Promote operational excellence and rigor.
• Cultivate an inclusive and high-performing sales culture.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Over 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience in networking, cloud infrastructure, or AI-related technology sectors.
• Proven experience in building and sustaining trusted relationships with C-suite executives, including CTOs, CIOs, and Chief Strategy Officers.
• Background in driving sales strategy and execution for hardware and software portfolios within AI, cloud, or networking fields.
• A comprehensive understanding of AI infrastructure market dynamics and emerging technologies is preferred.
• Experience in leading sales teams through business transformation and market transitions is preferred.
• Strong operational capabilities in pipeline management, forecasting, and maintaining sales process rigor are preferred.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture that values diverse perspectives and backgrounds.
• An advanced degree (MBA or Master’s in a technical discipline) is preferred.
