
Director, Program Management – Patient Access HUB Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary strategic contact for designated HUB program(s)
• Oversee daily program operations and manage supervisory teams
• Administer programs in alignment with the scope of work, standard operating procedures, and contracted budgets across multiple sites
• Directly supervise staff and coordinate the activities of business, technical, or production support teams
• Track and monitor program statistics and performance metrics
• Address complex cases and resolve client-related issues
• Lead the analysis and creation of client reports and other deliverables
• Present program updates and information to both internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with management to analyze operations and program efficiency
• Coordinate with operational departments to investigate and resolve client issues
• Mentor and support other managers
• Contribute to strategic and business planning, project initiatives, and operational recommendations
• Assist in the development and tracking of budgets
• Engage in the interview process, employee evaluations, and training
• Enhance supervisory skills and guide supervisory staff in performance management and corrective disciplinary actions
• Foster relationships with professional organizations and medical societies
• Participate in initiatives for business growth
• Manage budgets, expenditures, and staffing levels
• Communicate program status and forecasts to clients
• Travel 30–40% for relevant meetings and conferences
• Carry out other assigned duties
• Supervise 2–10 direct reports and over 20 indirect reports
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• 10–14 years of relevant experience, or 8–12 years with a Master’s degree
• Proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and internet proficiency
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• A strong commitment to client satisfaction and retention results within the business
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to proactively communicate and resolve issues with urgency
• Highly developed written communication and documentation skills for creating project educational materials, program-specific procedures, product tools, and other service-related collateral
• Networking and client engagement skills to develop and manage relationships
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends
• Competence in organizing people and systems to achieve objectives
• Capacity to influence and inspire team members
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and attend relevant meetings and conferences as necessary
