
Director, Program Management – Patient Access HUB Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary strategic contact for designated HUB program(s).
• Oversee daily program activities and manage teams across multiple locations.
• Administer programs in accordance with the scope of work, established operating procedures, and budgetary constraints.
• Track program statistics and key performance metrics.
• Address complex cases and client-related challenges.
• Lead the analysis and preparation of client reports and various deliverables.
• Present program details to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Evaluate program operations and efficiency in collaboration with management.
• Coordinate with operational departments to investigate and resolve client concerns.
• Mentor fellow Managers.
• Contribute to strategic and business planning, identify initiatives and operational challenges, coordinate research, and formulate recommendations.
• Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets.
• Engage in processes such as interviewing, employee performance evaluations, and training.
• Enhance supervisory skills and guide supervisory staff on performance management and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain relationships with professional organizations and medical societies.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at business growth.
• Manage budgets and oversee staffing levels.
• Communicate program status and forecasts to clients.
• Travel 30–40% for related meetings and conferences.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10–14 years of relevant experience, or 8–12 years of experience with a Master’s degree.
• Proficient in PC applications, including Microsoft Office and internet usage.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A keen focus on client satisfaction and retention within the business portfolio.
• Capacity to collaborate across functions for proactive communication and urgent issue resolution.
• Highly developed written communication skills for creating educational materials, program-specific procedures, product tools, and other service-related documents.
• Networking and client engagement skills to foster and manage relationships.
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
• Proficient in organizing people and systems to meet objectives.
• Ability to influence and inspire team members.
• Willingness to travel 30–40% and attend relevant meetings/conferences as necessary.
• Supervisory experience managing between 2–10 direct reports and over 20 indirect reports.
