This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Successfully deliver Professional Services to a range of HealthEdge clients.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to formulate long-term account strategies and project pipelines.
• Assess the needs of potential customers and create pre-sales implementation proposals in conjunction with Sales.
• Estimate and propose solutions utilizing expert resources within Professional Services.
• Maintain the pipeline of upcoming projects while re-forecasting resource needs and revenue.
• Assist in the creation and negotiation of Statements of Work.
• Lead and support cross-functional teams, including Project Managers, Consulting Leads, and Technical Product Leads.
• Oversee project health metrics, including schedules, margins, utilization, and alignment with customer and HealthEdge objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks at both project and organizational levels.
• Align expectations and processes with the senior leadership of HealthEdge and the customer.
• Promote adherence to and enhancement of internal and external best practices.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and enhance HealthEdge’s Professional Services offerings.
• Track client and portfolio-level profit and loss in collaboration with the Professional Services PMO and Finance.
• Manage customer relationships to ensure an appropriate level of profitability.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex or critical customer issues.
• Prioritize HealthEdge deliverables across clients alongside peers and the Account Management team.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with HealthEdge policies and procedures, including handling of PHI and PII.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Over 5 years of experience with direct responsibility for a consulting practice or managing a portfolio of accounts in a Professional Services organization.
• More than 5 years of experience in the healthcare insurance, healthcare technology, or related industries.
• At least 10 years of consulting and project management experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Skilled in negotiating solutions for complex issues.
• Proficient in managing and negotiating conflicts.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven success in interacting with individuals at all levels, including C Suite executives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Adaptable to changing priorities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of thriving under pressure in a fast-paced, results-driven setting.
• Capacity to challenge the status quo to enhance processes and offerings.
• Competence in evaluating and negotiating Statements of Work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work across various time zones.
