This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and implement the product strategy and long-term roadmap for CivicScience.
• Define and refine the product portfolio, differentiating between products, services, and tailored solutions.
• Develop frameworks to assess and prioritize new product opportunities.
• Align product investments with customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Analyze the competitive landscape and perform ongoing market benchmarking.
• Identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and shifting customer expectations.
• Provide strategic recommendations on market direction and position products for future expansion.
• Evaluate opportunities to incorporate AI and other emerging technologies.
• Collaborate across various business units to pinpoint market opportunities, fill product gaps, and address ongoing customer requirements.
• Support discussions with customers and partners by articulating the product vision and long-term strategy.
• Oversee product planning from inception to execution.
• Establish a structured approach to product planning, prioritization, and roadmap development.
• Convert business and customer needs into product requirements and user workflows.
• Develop clear product positioning and messaging.
• Communicate the product strategy effectively to executives and cross-functional teams.
• Influence decision-making across departments through insights and recommendations driven by data.
• Cultivate a disciplined product culture aimed at long-term value generation.
• Over 10 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, or similar strategic leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing product strategies and successfully launching new products and/or portfolios.
• In-depth knowledge of data, advertising, competitive analysis, and product positioning.
• Experience in creating strategic product roadmaps and investment frameworks.
• Familiarity with commercial applications of AI and emerging technologies.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Established network within the industry.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct managerial control.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• MBA is preferred.
• Preference for candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone.
