Director, Product Strategy and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage portfolio planning, product prioritization lists, dashboards, governance, dependencies, risks, and Product Business Reviews.

• Take ownership of executive, SLT, and Board-level Product reporting.

• Lead Pendo strategy, governance of instrumentation, dashboards, and insights on adoption.

• Oversee PIM intake, prioritization, disposition, and customer feedback processes.

• Manage the Customer Advisory Board's operating model, agenda, insights, and follow-up actions.

• Maintain mappings for use-cases, capabilities, GPL, PMF, and package/SKU.

• Collaborate with Finance and GTM on pricing strategies, packaging, product performance, and monetization analysis.

• Enhance existing processes for planning, KPIs, and reporting.

• Develop AI agents and workflows to automate reporting, synthesize customer insights, identify portfolio risks, and minimize manual Product Operations tasks.

• Act as a trusted operating partner by pinpointing weak evidence, driving decisions, and ensuring completion of agreed actions.

• Report directly to the SVP of Product.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Product strategy and Product Operations judgment or comparable Product Management experience.

• Proficient in portfolio management, SaaS metrics, Pendo, customer research, pricing, and packaging.

• Capable of engaging directly with executives while conducting analyses and establishing operational mechanisms.

• Proven ability to utilize AI tools and create practical agents or workflow automations.

• Commercially oriented and willing to challenge low-value activities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in real-time with Product Leadership and partner with global team members.

• Must reside in and have authorization to work in Mexico.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English is essential.
