This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the go-to-market strategy for new and evolving products, encompassing audience identification, value propositions, positioning, and market execution.
• Lead cross-channel creative strategies spanning social media, search engines, YouTube, offline marketing, and additional channels.
• Collaborate with product managers to comprehend product value and convert it into creative briefs.
• Evaluate creative performance data across various channels and relay insights to product managers as well as in creative briefs.
• Develop AI workflows that integrate human creative insight with performance data.
• Distribute creative investments across channels, formats, and product categories to optimize business outcomes.
• Establish and manage creative-performance KPIs and metrics, including win rates and ROI.
• Oversee the Brand & Creative team's OKRs.
• Unite product, brand, creative operations, and performance marketing towards common goals.
• Report directly to the VP of Brand & Creative.
• A minimum of 8 years of total experience.
• Ideally, 3+ years at a leading management consulting firm or in investment banking.
• At least 3 years in consumer product marketing, growth, or a strategic role within a high-growth, venture-backed company.
• A genuine brand instinct and taste, with a clear perspective on effective creative strategies.
• Strong messaging instinct and the capability to translate product value into engaging creative content.
• Proficient in performance data, including paid social media, search, email, and other marketing channels.
• Experience in startups and consumer product marketing.
• Proven track record in launching products to market and driving measurable growth.
• Experience in developing agentic AI workflows and tools.
• Ability to analyze product and channel specifics while maintaining a strategic mindset.
• Structured thinking and effective communication skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication, including the ability to convey strategy at the C-level and detail in creative briefs.
• Strong decision-making skills and a proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
