This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
β’ Develop and implement the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Trulioo's KYB product offerings.
β’ Set strategic priorities, make investment decisions, and manage portfolio planning in collaboration with the Chief Product Officer and executive leadership team.
β’ Track market trends, regulatory shifts, customer requirements, and competitive landscape.
β’ Assess opportunities for building, acquiring, or partnering with other entities.
β’ Oversee product initiatives from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization.
β’ Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
β’ Promote data-driven prioritization, measurable business results, and ongoing product enhancement.
β’ Manage portfolio performance through product health metrics, KPIs, adoption rates, customer satisfaction, and financial outcomes.
β’ Act as the executive voice for the customer and cultivate relationships with strategic customers, partners, analysts, and industry leaders.
β’ Convert customer and market insights into product investments that drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
β’ Represent Trulioo in customer meetings, executive briefings, conferences, media engagements, and industry events.
β’ Integrate AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation into KYB workflows and customer experiences.
β’ Advocate for responsible, explainable, and compliant AI practices throughout the product organization.
β’ Employ AI-powered tools to enhance product discovery, research, roadmap planning, documentation, experimentation, and productivity.
β’ Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing Product Management team.
β’ Establish product management practices, operating rhythms, and prioritization frameworks.
β’ Influence executive stakeholders and align the organization on strategic initiatives and investments.
β’ Create operational plans, product investment strategies, budgets, and resource allocations.
β’ Collaborate on product launches, commercial enablement, sales support, analyst interactions, and thought leadership initiatives.
β’ Ensure that product positioning effectively conveys Trulioo's unique value in the identity and compliance sector.
β’ Over 15 years of experience in software, technology, or product-driven organizations.
β’ More than 10 years in Product Management with escalating leadership responsibilities.
β’ Proven experience in leading and scaling product organizations.
β’ Background in mentoring and developing high-performing Product Managers.
β’ Demonstrated success in defining product vision and delivering enterprise SaaS products from strategy through execution and commercialization.
β’ Extensive experience in Identity, KYB, Digital Identity, FinTech, Fraud Prevention, Payments, Risk, or RegTech industries.
β’ Strong executive leadership and cross-functional influencing capabilities.
β’ Ability to translate customer challenges, market opportunities, and business objectives into effective product strategies.
β’ Experience working with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market teams.
β’ Strong analytical mindset leveraging data, customer research, and business metrics.
β’ Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
β’ Solid understanding of AI, machine learning, and contemporary data technologies.
β’ Experience in integrating AI-driven capabilities into enterprise software products.
β’ Proven ability to use AI-powered tools to enhance product management practices, product discovery, customer insights, and organizational efficiency.
β’ Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model governance, explainability, and ethical AI in regulated sectors.
β’ A strong sense of curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies.
