📋 Description

• Drive excellence in execution, ensuring timely, high-quality, and error-free delivery that aligns with business priorities.

• Establish cross-functional alignment and accountability among teams to achieve shared objectives.

• Focus on seamless execution across critical areas of the credit card and payments platforms.

• Support comprehensive product development from design through implementation, launch, and iteration.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk, and Compliance to deliver scalable product solutions.

• Manage complex partner integrations and foster continued growth in B2B clients.

• Take ownership of delivery modules while deploying to new banks or fintech clients.

• Define product positioning and value propositions based on customer insights, market research, and industry trends.

• Convert business and partner requirements into product specifications, technical requirements, and system designs.

• Monitor product performance, KPIs, and user feedback to enhance product outcomes.

• Mentor and guide product team members, nurturing a high-performance, execution-oriented culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• Strong analytical mindset, design thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• High levels of agency and curiosity.

• Over 7 years of experience in product or engineering roles.

• In-depth domain expertise in US and Canada credit cards and payments, including prepaid and cross-border transactions.

• Strong capability to address business challenges within a multifaceted, complex platform ecosystem.

• Proven interest in driving growth through innovation and effective execution.

• Experience collaborating closely with Engineering teams.

• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and technical workflows.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.

• Strong communication skills with the capacity to align cross-functional stakeholders and drive results.

• Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.

• Entrepreneurial mindset characterized by strong ownership, accountability, and a commitment to achieving results.

• Proven experience supporting large-scale B2B product implementations (bonus).

• Hands-on coding experience (bonus).

• Experience with AI/LLMs and close collaboration with technical teams (bonus).
