This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Oversee the continuous success and advancement of one or more product areas, leading teams and managing various projects.
• Prioritize tasks across teams and product managers, negotiating compromises with other leaders.
• Track and uphold the quality and status of requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Design and implement test/learn roadmaps, which include goal setting, scheduling tests, conducting tests, and acting upon the findings.
• Discover opportunities for user research that will support long-term product development and innovation.
• Champion data-driven decision-making and assist teams in linking data to business and product growth.
• Develop and articulate product roadmaps that are in alignment with customer needs, business strategy, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to product teams, establish expectations, and deliver constructive feedback.
• Identify and recruit high-performing members for the product team.
• Exhibit behaviors that reflect the Company’s Vision, Mission, and Values.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• 12+ years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• A minimum of 3 years in a managerial role overseeing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance and prioritize various product areas, projects, and teams.
• Extensive experience in writing, reviewing, and ensuring thorough product requirements.
• Proficiency in A/B testing, qualitative research, and data-driven decision-making.
• Capability to create and communicate clear product roadmaps that align with business strategy.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building capabilities.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Must fulfill the company’s employment requirements.
