This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Foster client engagement and growth within the Partner Success Department
• Oversee the growth, health, and success of client partnerships in a specific geographic area
• Lead the development of cross-company Strategic Account Plans that define objectives, actions, and anticipated outcomes
• Establish and nurture partner relationships as the primary client point of contact
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure timely, precise deliverables and reporting
• Collaborate with market teams to facilitate Joint Operating Committee meetings
• Identify new growth avenues in conjunction with Business Development
• Work alongside the VP of Partner Success to create an oversight model for managing multiple plans at scale
• Design and implement tools and processes for scalable ongoing client delivery
• Supervise manager- and associate-level team members as the team expands
• Drive the resolution of client escalations and coordinate internal resources
• Advocate for client needs and represent their interests in critical issue resolution
• Collaborate throughout the organization to achieve deliverables and milestones
• Communicate the progress of strategic initiatives both internally and externally
• Provide customer insights to product and solution development as the “voice of the customer”
• Passionate and dedicated to reimagining pediatric healthcare and providing support for children with complex medical conditions
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
• Experience with client-facing teams and accountability for driving business outcomes

• Ability and adaptability to work cross-functionally in a rapidly growing organization
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Proven history of leading and scaling teams while supporting team development
• Capacity to make clear, strategic decisions swiftly while managing multiple priorities
• Knowledge of the healthcare ecosystem, particularly value-based care and Medicaid health plans
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing/client success role, ideally with health plan clients
• Willingness to travel 20–30%
