Director of VIP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the global VIP portfolio for both casino and sportsbook, being responsible for revenue, retention, lifetime value (LTV), incentive efficiency, and exposure.

• Develop and manage the framework for the VIP portfolio, which includes aspects such as segmentation, tiers, benefits, limits, and engagement strategies.

• Implement real-time monitoring, alerting, and decision-making processes.

• Make commercial decisions regarding incentives, personalized offers, limits, and player treatment.

• Provide performance forecasts and strategic insights to senior leadership.

• Define and refine the VIP vision and strategy across Duelbits products.

• Keep track of competitor VIP offerings and evolving player expectations.

• Manage VIP onboarding from the initial contact through to long-term engagement.

• Collaborate with CRM, product, social media, acquisition, streamers, partnerships, and brand teams to expand the VIP portfolio.

• Oversee the VIP social and community presence on platforms such as X and Discord.

• Transform partnerships and sponsorships into exclusive VIP value and experiences.

• Lead and develop the existing 7-member VIP team and onboard 2 new hires as planned.

• Define roles, responsibilities, key performance indicators (KPIs), and operational workflows.

• Establish VIP KPIs, reporting schedules, decision-making frameworks, and governance structures.

• Enhance tools, processes, and automation to support scalability and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in VIP leadership, portfolio management, or high-value customer roles within the iGaming industry.

• Proven track record of managing high-value portfolios with direct commercial responsibility.

• Strong analytical and strategic skills, with the ability to make decisions confidently in uncertain situations.

• Experience in building and leading teams, as well as defining operating models.

• Deep understanding of the competitive VIP landscape and behaviors of high-value players.

• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment.
