This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create, develop, and implement training resources for existing and upcoming products.
• Identify, develop, and execute advanced learning programs aimed at enhancing clinical knowledge, skill enhancement, strategic collaborations, and account management.
• Set learning and development goals and initiatives for high-achieving commercial field teams.
• Assist new employees through onboarding, initial training, and continuous skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with leadership from sales, marketing, commercial operations, market access, human resources, and information technology.
• Roll out learning programs through home-study curricula, live and virtual training sessions, area and regional meetings, as well as national sales meetings/POAs.
• Identify knowledge gaps within field teams and address them through targeted training initiatives.
• Acquire knowledge of disease-state materials and implement training promptly.
• Assess the competency of training participants and provide comprehensive feedback.
• Collaborate with sales management to create development plans.
• Ensure all activities and materials adhere to internal regulatory and legal standards.
• Partner with Sales, Medical/Clinical, Legal, Regulatory, and other strategic collaborators to create and deliver training.
• Oversee and manage the LMS administrator and distance-learning technology.
• Manage relationships with vendor partners from selection through content creation and deployment.
• Conduct presentation-skills training for speakers associated with medical and commercial teams.
• Engage in research to aid the development of future training materials.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Training capacity within the Pharmaceutical or Device sector.
• Proficient in delivering training to diverse audiences in a corporate environment.
• Preferred background in selling and/or training.
• Ability to command a strong presence in the classroom and translate concepts, skills, and knowledge into a learning framework.
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles is preferred.
• Excellent platform, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills.
• Capability to learn new technical, clinical, and medical product knowledge, as well as disease states.
• Willingness to travel and availability for overnight stays.
• Ability to set objectives and meet deadlines.
• Strong prioritization skills.
• Capacity to generate innovative ideas and find solutions.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
