📋 Description

• Formulate and implement TiLT's trading and distribution strategy.

• Enhance distribution through Howden businesses, third-party brokers, and strategic partnerships.

• Establish and maintain insurer relationships to optimize trading performance, product availability, and commercial results.

• Identify and initiate new partnership opportunities, including broker, affinity, and embedded distribution models.

• Leverage market insights, performance data, and customer demand to foster growth and enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with data, technology, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to launch propositions into the market.

• Contribute to shaping TiLT's future commercial framework, which may involve building and leading a team.

• Extensive experience in insurance trading, distribution, broker management, or business development.

• Demonstrated success in achieving profitable growth via distribution partnerships and insurer relationships.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.
