📋 Description

• Design and implement TiLT's trading and distribution strategy.

• Expand distribution through Howden businesses, third-party brokers, and strategic partners.

• Develop and maintain relationships with insurers to enhance trading effectiveness, product availability, and commercial results.

• Discover and initiate partnership opportunities, encompassing broker, affinity, and embedded distribution models.

• Leverage market insights, performance analytics, and customer needs to foster growth and enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate with data, technology, operations, compliance, and marketing teams to launch market propositions.

• Contribute to shaping TiLT's future commercial framework, including the potential to establish and lead a team.

• Extensive experience in insurance trading, distribution, broker management, or business development.

• Demonstrated success in achieving profitable growth through distribution partnerships and insurer relationships.

• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in influencing and nurturing relationships within complex stakeholder environments.

• Capability to convert data and market insights into actionable commercial strategies.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with the energy and flexibility to excel in a growth-oriented business.

• Willingness to travel regularly to London, Peterborough, and partner locations as necessary.
