This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Lead, mentor, and oversee Senior Sales Executives and Associate Sales Executives within Global Large Law Firms.
• Establish and uphold standards for hunting activities, opportunity generation, and deal execution.
• Develop a talent pool through coaching, visibility, and career growth planning.
• Conduct outreach to attorney users, including cold calling, messaging, and demonstrations.
• Implement growth strategies for high-value, impactful new deals.
• Modify sales techniques for virtual and digital selling environments.
• Communicate team KPIs and provide regular coaching sessions.
• Create and implement tailored coaching plans.
• Conduct quarterly performance evaluations.
• Own monthly performance reporting for the team and weekly sales pipeline and forecast updates.
• Ensure reporting aligns with the GLLF Growth Strategy.
• Surpass sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Engage with key customers to cultivate relationships and collect feedback to inform strategy.
• Maintain a recruiting pipeline for continuous team growth.
• Collaborate with GLLF Leadership, account teams, GCDs, ABM, and Product teams.
• Promote a collaborative, high-performance team culture that supports retention.
• 8+ years of experience in sales leadership.
• Direct management experience with sales teams.
• Proven success in hunting and closing new business.
• Experience with cold outreach and demonstrations directly to end users.
• Ability to execute growth strategies for high-value, impactful deals in complex, relationship-driven markets.
• Strong skills in sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting rigor.
• Experience delivering performance updates suitable for leadership.
• Ability to develop coaching rhythms and performance frameworks linked to measurable sales outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with account teams, GCDs, ABM, and Product teams.
• Preferred knowledge of law firm customers and workflows.
• Juris Doctor (JD) preferred but not mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent analytical and executive communication skills.
• Ability to identify solutions to business trends and provide recommendations to senior executives.
