This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +2 more states.
• Establish and manage the designated territory.
• Lead a sales team to meet and surpass an annual revenue goal of $6–10 million once the team is formed.
• Motivate, engage, empower, coach, and evaluate sales representatives.
• Assess performance, enhance employee capabilities, support professional growth, and maximize team contributions.
• Assist with client engagements and transactions, including strategic deal formulation and closure.
• Utilize MEDDPICC and Force Management methodologies to drive team success.
• Manage the flow of information related to sales activities and transactions, such as leads, billings, orders, and contracts.
• Analyze data, strategize, and ensure that district/area objectives are met.
• Identify and address potential challenges proactively.
• Ensure that sales targets are in alignment with corporate strategies and policies.
• Collaborate with solutions consultancy, corporate marketing, and other divisions.
• 7–15 years of experience in enterprise software sales.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership role managing a team of at least 3 sales representatives and a territory.
• Proven experience in structuring complex, enterprise-wide SaaS agreements.
• Track record of leading high-achieving enterprise sales teams.
• Experience in reaching collective goals against regional sales objectives.
• Knowledgeable in and disciplined in the application of MEDDPICC and Force Management.
• Understanding of Customer Experience and the influence of social media platforms on large organizational functions.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients, prospects, and sales teams.
• Ability to identify and participate in industry events, leverage networks, travel, and engage with representatives and clients/prospects.
