This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Take ownership of a designated territory, developing your own pipeline from scratch.
β’ Cultivate each opportunity and guide it through to a signed agreement.
β’ Concentrate on acquiring new clients while surpassing ambitious revenue goals.
β’ Participate in cold outreach, systematic prospecting, and client meetings.
β’ Proven experience in external business development within the Banking sector (including cold calling, pipeline development, and CRM management).
β’ Experience selling to regional and community banks is essential.
β’ Familiarity with asset-liability management, fixed income, balance sheet strategy, and hedging.
β’ Background in selling to C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
β’ Strong commercial insight into finance and the wider financial services industry.
β’ Effective strategic sales planning with a history of exceeding targets.
β’ Proficient in contract negotiations, managing change, and demonstrating products.
β’ Competitive base salary.
