This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and enhance Costco's visibility, drive incremental sales, and cultivate trusted relationships with retailers.
• Support and refine ongoing processes at a regional level.
• Propel top-line revenue growth while leading strategic planning and communication efforts.
• Manage top-to-top communication with key members of the internal and external leadership teams.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Leadership, Account Managers, and Sales Support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Facilitate cooperative partnerships with clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Implement effective CAF selling techniques.
• Coordinate with clients to create and execute relevant brand training.
• Engage in market interactions to gain insights into on-the-ground conditions and provide guidance and ongoing training.
• Ensure teams are adequately trained on relevant tools and technology and utilize them correctly.
• Make use of the shared appointment calendar.
• Provide meeting summaries within 24 hours or the next business day.
• Maintain consistent and proactive communication with clients.
• Acknowledge the close of business with the client/buyer.
• Address issues towards resolution within 24 hours.
• Conduct monthly competitor and club walks in designated Costco regions.
• Acquire competitive samples and share findings with the team as necessary.
• Engage with leadership regularly to troubleshoot and exchange best practices.
• Guide clients on packaging information to enable the CAF team to leverage resources effectively.
• Act as the communication conduit for substantial information flow between supervisors and client teams.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales role is required.
• Proven experience in a sales leadership capacity.
• Must have a background working with and selling to Costco.
• Experience in selling products directly to Costco across various regions and categories within the club.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and solve problems while focusing on meeting deadlines.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; capable of turning self-developed strategies and efficient processes into actionable execution.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Proven track record of achieving high performance goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in building and managing Costco programs.
• Advanced communication skills; able to clearly convey complex concepts concisely and establish rapport quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree along with other relevant certifications.
• Must be located on the East Coast.
