Director of Revenue Cycle Analytics – Product Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop the enterprise strategy and roadmap for revenue cycle analytics across Central Delivery, Customer Partners, and clients.

• Build and lead a high-achieving analytics organization.

• Provide guidance to operational, executive, and client stakeholders on performance and growth prospects.

• Create scalable analytics products, dashboards, scorecards, and self-service options.

• Synchronize Hospital Billing and Professional Billing reporting, KPIs, and data standards.

• Convert Epic Clarity and revenue cycle data into quantifiable financial and operational enhancements.

• Implement structured product practices for roadmap planning, prioritization, stakeholder involvement, and value realization.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Data Engineering to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

• Promote automation, AI, and modern analytics to enhance decision-making and customer results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent level of experience considered in place of a degree.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.

• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing and/or Epic Clarity certifications are preferred.

• Expertise in revenue cycle, including Hospital Billing and Shared Services.

• Experience in product leadership and advanced analytics.

• Proficiency in working with Epic Clarity and revenue cycle data.

• Familiarity with roadmap planning, prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and value realization.

• Understanding of automation, AI, and modern analytics.

• Experience in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Data Engineering.
