This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take charge of new business development across the omni-channel DSP and digital-only agency sectors.
• Develop and manage a target list comprising 150–200 omni-channel DSPs and digital-only agencies.
• Drive net-new programmatic revenue through proactive outreach, strategic platform partnerships, and a strong market presence.
• Educate buying teams about Adams' programmatic inventory, various deal types, and measurement capabilities.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with platform and DSP partner teams.
• Create proposals and pitch materials that effectively translate Adams' footprint and data into compelling, budget-winning narratives.
• Collaborate with Ad Ops on deal curation, PMP setup, creative specifications, and campaign troubleshooting.
• Keep a well-organized, up-to-date CRM pipeline and report on activities, forecasts, and market signals.
• Represent Adams Outdoor at industry events, platform meetups, and trade shows.
• Act as the programmatic sales expert for Adams Outdoor.
• Assist the National Agency team in identifying programmatic opportunities within the traditional out-of-home media agency sector.
• Partner with the Marketing team to enhance sales materials and the programmatic narrative for DSP and digital agency buyers.
• Collaborate with digital and programmatic operations to support digital buyers' connectivity and data needs.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in a DSP, SSP, or programmatic media company.
• Strong fluency with platforms such as Vistar, The Trade Desk, DV360, and Amazon DSP.
• A genuine hunter mentality; adept at building a pipeline from the ground up and closing deals without relying on an extensive inbound lead flow.
• Familiarity with attribution and measurement concepts.
• Ability to craft a compelling data story that resonates with buyers.
• Previous experience with OOH or DOOH media is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing your calendar and metrics.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States of America.
• Participation in pre-employment drug testing is required, where permissible by state law.
• Must undergo a background check screening process.
• Willingness to provide professional references upon request.
• Access to resources and inventory from the largest independent operator in the category.
