This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of P&L and business performance for a portfolio of client engagements valued between $3β5M.
β’ Manage budgeting, revenue forecasts, and cost control to ensure healthy profit margins.
β’ Supervise the quality of delivery and outcomes on ERP/SaaS implementation projects.
β’ Lead, mentor, and inspire consultants, business analysts, and project managers.
β’ Act as the senior escalation point and primary relationship manager for key clients.
β’ Distribute and balance team resources across ongoing projects.
β’ Identify delivery and financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate them.
β’ Collaborate with Sales on defining scope, pricing, and positioning for new projects.
β’ Drive improvements in the delivery lifecycle processes.
β’ Take part in finalizing project roadmaps and prioritizing tasks.
β’ Interact directly with clients to understand their needs and ensure a positive experience.
β’ Work together with Sales, Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Support teams.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
β’ 10β15 years of progressive experience in professional services, project management, or related roles within the software or technology sectors.
β’ At least 3β5 years of experience in a leadership or management capacity.
β’ Proven experience managing a portfolio of projects and overseeing P&L and business performance with revenues up to $3β5M.
β’ Demonstrated success in maintaining a robust Professional Services profit margin.
β’ A solid history of transforming loss positions into profitable outcomes.
β’ Strong delivery management skills with experience in executing ERP/SaaS implementations within time constraints of under 6 months across multiple concurrent projects.
β’ Experience in managing client relationships and ensuring customer success.
β’ Financial expertise, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and cost management.
β’ Must be based in Canada and legally authorized to work in the country.
β’ Willingness to travel approximately 15β20% to meet clients in person.
β’ Availability to work hours that overlap with EST, CST, or PST.
