Director of Product – Wallets, Treasury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the product strategy that encompasses enterprise wallets, custody, treasury infrastructure, and access to on-chain financial products.

• Determine the methods by which businesses manage and control stablecoins and other digital assets in both custodial and non-custodial settings.

• Develop products and infrastructure to manage balances, liquidity, permissions, policies, counterparties, and treasury operations on-chain.

• Facilitate programmable rules for accessing, authorizing, transferring, automating, and deploying funds via APIs.

• Establish pathways for users and businesses to utilize idle capital through on-chain yield, liquidity, and DeFi opportunities.

• Integrate stored balances with payment systems, payouts, transfers, and various financial workflows.

• Create product perspectives across custodial, non-custodial, embedded, and hybrid wallet architectures.

• Collaborate directly with fintechs, payment firms, financial institutions, marketplaces, and global enterprises.

• Form partnerships with wallets, custodians, stablecoin issuers, DeFi protocols, liquidity providers, and other ecosystem participants.

• Guide products from concept to launch and scaled adoption; set success metrics and navigate product and technical trade-offs.

• Work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and ecosystem teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive product leadership experience in enterprise wallets, custody, payments, treasury, fintech, or crypto infrastructure.

• Proven experience in building enterprise-level wallet or digital asset infrastructure at firms like Fireblocks, Coinbase, Circle, Anchorage, Stripe, Block, or other similarly advanced financial infrastructure companies.

• In-depth knowledge of enterprise wallet architecture, including custody, key management, signing, permissions, policy engines, transaction workflows, and security.

• Experience with both custodial and non-custodial wallets.

• Successful track record of launching payments, money movement, treasury, or financial infrastructure products at significant scale.

• Strong understanding of stablecoins and decentralized finance, including on-chain liquidity and yield solutions.

• Direct experience with security, controls, compliance, reconciliation, liquidity, reliability, and integration with existing systems.

• Insight into consumer wallet experiences and the requirements of businesses, developers, and end users.

• Technical expertise to collaborate effectively with blockchain and infrastructure engineers on intricate systems.

• Strong product judgment related to real money, security, and trust.

• Capability to translate strategic vision into a clear roadmap and execute it.
