β€’ Influence the way Interplay presents its products, solutions, and expertise to the market as the company grows and ventures into new sectors.

β€’ Establish portfolio positioning, market insights, product launches, go-to-market strategies, customer advocacy, public relations, and revenue support.

β€’ Create the product marketing strategy for Interplay's portfolio and key industries.

β€’ Manage messaging frameworks, value propositions, industry positioning, buyer narratives, and competitive differentiation.

β€’ Convert customer, market, and competitive insights into recommendations that drive product and business strategies.

β€’ Direct cross-functional go-to-market strategies for new products, capabilities, programs, and strategic initiatives from planning through launch and optimization.

β€’ Develop launch strategies, identify target audiences, positioning, readiness requirements, responsible parties, timelines, and success metrics.

β€’ Create repeatable go-to-market processes across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth.

β€’ Provide Sales and Customer Success with messaging, personas, competitive insights, content, training, and tools.

β€’ Collaborate with Growth and Demand Generation on campaigns that enhance awareness, pipeline, and adoption.

β€’ Utilize performance data and customer insights to refine messaging, enablement, and market impact.

β€’ Oversee public relations strategies and agency relationships, including media relations, thought leadership, and launch communications.

β€’ Develop customer advocacy initiatives including case studies, testimonials, customer stories, videos, and the Interplay Excellence Awards.

β€’ Create opportunities across industry events, speaking engagements, awards, webinars, and other channels.

β€’ Lead, mentor, and develop the product marketing team and contractors.

β€’ Set team priorities, operational rhythms, standards, and success metrics.

β€’ Build a high-performing, collaborative team that scales alongside the business.

β€’ Report to the VP of Marketing and collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Growth, and executive leadership.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Over 10 years of progressive B2B product marketing experience.

β€’ At least 4 years of experience leading and developing teams.

β€’ Background in B2B SaaS, technology, EdTech, workforce development, industrial technology, or a similar environment.

β€’ Demonstrated success in developing product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies across various products, markets, or verticals.

β€’ Experience in translating complex technology or technical products into compelling buyer value, distinct messaging, and effective sales enablement.

β€’ Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional product launches from strategy to execution and evaluation.

β€’ Strong market intelligence, competitive research, customer insight, and win/loss experience.

β€’ Capability to convert findings into actionable business recommendations.

β€’ Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.

β€’ Experience in marketing to skilled trades, industrial, manufacturing, facilities, education, or workforce development organizations is a plus.

β€’ Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Allego, or market intelligence platforms is advantageous.

β€’ Experience marketing products that incorporate AI, VR, simulations, hardware, or other emerging technologies is a plus.

β€’ Must be a resident of the United States.

β€’ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship.

β€’ Must complete a background check and a drug and alcohol test after receiving an offer.

β€’ Must complete the I-9 Form and E-verify process upon employment.
