Director of Product Engineering – Clinical Data Management, EDC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete product life cycle from initial concept to launch, ensuring alignment of product vision with customer requirements and business objectives across multiple products.

• Perform market research and analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive challenges within the life sciences industry.

• Define (hands-on) and prioritize product requirements, features, and functionalities in collaboration with data management operations, engineering, data, and other teams.

• Track and assess product performance metrics, making necessary adjustments to strategies to ensure success.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry experts to collect insights and feedback for ongoing product enhancements.

• Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Life Sciences, Health Care, or a related discipline.

• Significant experience with standard EDC products such as Medidata, Veeva, CTMS, and other comparable systems.

• Familiarity with CDISC, ICH frameworks, and staying updated on recent changes and advancements.

• Experience in understanding data concepts relevant to data management systems and Business Intelligence products.

• Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies, including DevOps.

• Outstanding analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Experience Requirement: A minimum of 12+ years in product management within the life sciences (specifically data management) and product development sector.
