Account Director – Medical Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with clients, ensuring that their expectations are met and exceeded.

• Offer strategic and commercial insights across accounts and deliverables.

• Lead and inspire account teams, promoting collaboration and excellence.

• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within existing client accounts.

• Drive financial performance while ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.

• Manage key accounts and deliver strategic value.

• Ensure that work is delivered within budget, on time, and aligned with client expectations.

• Collaborate with various US clients on commercial, marketing, and medical affairs projects.

• Maintain strategic alignment and excellence in service delivery.

• Extensive client services experience in a medical communications or healthcare advertising agency.

• Proven experience with medical affairs and commercial deliverables is essential.

• Proficient in client relationship management and strategic planning.
