This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create and implement sales strategies to boost occupancy and revenue through corporate bookings, group sales, and special events.
• Oversee existing accounts and ensure effective solicitation within the assigned market.
• Meet personal booking targets and track compliance with production standards.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and negotiate beneficial sales agreements.
• Organize familiarization trips and site visits to cultivate new business opportunities and showcase resort features.
• Broaden the account base by identifying new markets and executing innovative strategies.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to refine sales tactics.
• Spot business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into bookings through cold calling, networking, and participation in industry events.
• Act as a member of a wider sales network and organization.
• Adhere to team strategies and engage in trade shows, community organizations, professional associations, and business networking events.
• Generate production reports as requested by the Revenue Manager and Director of Sales.
• Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness to attend internal and external meetings and events as necessary.
• Strong skills in relationship-building and communication.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in other critical sales areas when required.

• Proficiency in the use and functionality of Delphi is preferred.
