This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish strategic partnerships with key national accounts in the Rare Disease sector.
• Provide solutions that foster a sustainable competitive edge and deliver quantifiable business outcomes.
• Cultivate long-term, mutually advantageous relationships with prioritized national accounts.
• Enhance Pfizer’s presence within designated accounts through strategic partnerships and customer-focused solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert in customer engagement, resource optimization, and trends in the U.S. market.
• Gather, analyze, and convey actionable customer insights.
• Influence strategic brand planning, resource distribution, and decisions across various functions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer interactions and projects related to brand or therapeutic-area opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional integrated teams that include Key National Accounts, Commercial Effectiveness, MG/IDN Marketing, Medical, Health IT, Brand Marketing, PCA, and Legal.
• Create and implement strategic plans for assigned national accounts.
• Align enterprise resources with customer priorities and business goals.
• Develop scalable solutions and engagement platforms.
• Promote operational excellence, measurable results, and revenue targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or MPH is preferred.
• At least 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Strong comprehension of the U.S. healthcare system and dynamics of IDN/key accounts.
• Preferred 5–10 years of account management experience.
• Required experience in Key Account Management (KAM).
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the past seven years will disqualify a candidate from employment.
• Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution.
• Capability to derive profound customer insights and incorporate them into business strategies.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and persuasive skills across matrix teams.
• Outstanding communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable solutions for complex customer scenarios.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
