This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish strategic partnerships with Pfizer’s key national I&I accounts.
• Cultivate long-term, mutually beneficial relationships that support Pfizer’s strategic objectives and revenue targets.
• Enhance Pfizer’s presence within designated accounts by fostering strategic relationships and promoting customer-valued solutions.
• Act as a subject matter expert on customer engagement, resource optimization, and trends in the U.S. market.
• Gather, synthesize, and convey actionable insights from customers.
• Impact strategic brand planning, resource distribution, and cross-functional decision-making processes.
• Function as the main point of contact for customer interactions and initiatives related to brand or therapeutic-area opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional integrated teams that include representatives from Key National Accounts, Commercial Effectiveness, MG/IDN Marketing, Medical, Health IT, Brand Marketing, PCA, and Legal.
• Create and implement strategic plans for assigned national accounts.
• Align enterprise resources with customer priorities and business goals.
• Develop scalable solutions and engagement platforms that meet customer requirements.
• Promote operational excellence and deliver measurable results.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or MPH is preferred.
• At least 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sector.
• Comprehensive understanding of the U.S. healthcare system and dynamics of IDNs/key accounts.
• Preferred 5–10 years of account management experience.
• Required experience in Key Account Management (KAM).
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation in the last seven years will disqualify a candidate from consideration.
• Proficiency in strategic account planning and execution.
• Capability to derive profound customer insights and incorporate them into business strategies.
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and influence skills across matrixed teams.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement scalable solutions for intricate customer environments.
• Candidates must possess authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
