This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Create and sustain a focused prospect list of senior fundraising and marketing executives at medium to large nonprofit organizations throughout the United States.
• Expand membership in the markets of New York City, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta.
• Formulate personalized outreach strategies while utilizing warm introductions, industry connections, and follow-up techniques.
• Assemble peer groups consisting of approximately seven to ten members, ensuring a balance of organizations, cause areas, perspectives, and leadership experiences while avoiding direct competitors in the same group.
• Oversee the member experience from the invitation stage to attendance, which includes confirmations, restaurant selection, menu coordination, and event logistics.
• Represent Delve Deeper at select Giving Table dinners and events.
• Manage invitations and RSVPs with assistance from the support team; keep prospect and member information updated in HubSpot; provide weekly pipeline reports.
• Organize dinners, half-day sessions, off-sites, and salon-style discussions in collaboration with hosts and facilitators.
• Strive to meet quarterly objectives for accepted members, event attendance, and membership expansion.
• Establish referral networks through a high-quality member experience.
• Cultivate relationships with consultants, agencies, associations, and platform partners involved in nonprofit fundraising.
• Identify suitable opportunities to connect engaged members with Delve Deeper’s client services team.
• A minimum of three years of experience in organizing high-touch development or relationship-building events for nonprofits, such as donor cultivation dinners, galas, advisory councils, major-gift roundtables, or capital campaign events.
• Relevant experience involving senior leaders in small, premium environments will also be considered.
• Established relationships within the nonprofit sector, particularly with senior fundraising and marketing leaders, or a significant professional network developed from the ground up.
• Strong instincts for business development and accountability towards membership and commercial goals.
• Proficient in using HubSpot or a similar CRM for managing prospects, tracking activities, and maintaining precise reporting.
• Excellent and persuasive written and verbal communication skills tailored for senior executive audiences.
• Comfortable utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
• Familiarity with nonprofit fundraising and marketing trends, including iROI, donor lifetime value, CRM hygiene, acquisition costs, and attribution.
• Good judgment and the ability to cultivate relationships without making interactions feel forced or transactional.
• Willingness to travel for select Giving Table dinners, events, and gatherings is required.
