This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Initiating communication with potential clients through cold calls and outreach initiatives.
• Following up with candidates at different stages of the sales funnel to ensure their requirements are met.
• Effectively showcasing and articulating the value proposition of products and services to prospective buyers.
• Analyzing data to uncover trends and shape sales strategies.
• Staying informed about company offerings and developments within the industry.
• Keeping an organized database of contacts.
• Building lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders and internal teams to improve customer experience.
• Addressing concerns and engaging in negotiations.
• Additionally, performing other related tasks as required.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Familiarity with multifamily, hospitality sales, or property management.
• Understanding of HOA management software and the industry is preferred.
• Experience with SAAS is preferred.
• Additional education or experience in outside sales and lead generation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
• Motivation and energy to handle multiple leads simultaneously while pursuing new opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desired.
• Ability to identify client needs and navigate the negotiation process effectively.
• Strong time management skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, especially MS Office and CRM software.
