This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Conduct a high volume of outbound calls daily, targeting a minimum of 80 prospective patients.
• Inform patients about the advantages of the program and address any objections to facilitate enrollment.
• Employ persuasive yet empathetic communication to encourage action while maintaining patient trust.
• Assist patients throughout the enrollment procedure, ensuring that all information gathered is accurate.
• Verify that patients successfully transition to their first scheduled care call.
• Record all interactions in CRM software (Salesforce) while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
• Regularly meet or surpass daily enrollment targets, with a minimum of 10 enrollments per day.
• Reach conversion and activation goals linked to patient growth metrics.
• Take responsibility for outcomes related to outreach efforts, enrollments, and prevention of drop-offs.
• Share effective practices with colleagues and team leaders to enhance outreach efficiency.
• Engage in training and feedback sessions aimed at improving objection handling and enrollment success.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine scripts, workflows, and messaging directed at patients.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support the goals and objectives of Lumata Health.
• Bilingual, with fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Strong sales acumen, including skills in persuasion, objection handling, and closing deals.
• Empathy and a patient-centric approach, with the capability to balance metrics and compassion.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• High resilience in a target-driven environment with frequent rejections.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation practices.
• Capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting.
• Prior experience working directly with patients, whether as a licensed agent or in a caregiving capacity, is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience is preferred.
• Experience in eye care, healthcare, or digital health is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, as well as comfort with technology, is preferred.
