This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage with Plan Members and their selected dental and paramedical healthcare providers through phone, email, and online chat.
• Foster engaging and effective customer experiences.
• Review the specifics of benefits plan coverage and the progress of claim submissions.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication skills in a corporate atmosphere.
