This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead SEON's Global IT & Systems Administration team, reporting directly to the SVP of Corporate Information Systems.
• Take ownership of global IT service delivery, encompassing help desk operations, ticketing, employee onboarding and offboarding, device provisioning, as well as SaaS and access management throughout all SEON offices.
• Establish and uphold SLAs for ticket response and resolution, proactively addressing issues prior to escalation to leadership.
• Collaborate with the People team to ensure that laptops, accounts, and access are set up before new hires' first day.
• Develop a role-based access matrix in conjunction with the People and Security teams, while identifying and mitigating shadow IT risks.
• Oversee vendor relationships for on-premise infrastructure, audiovisual systems, and networking across offices, including during office relocations and buildouts.
• Create knowledge bases, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and self-service documentation.
• Implement automation and agentic tools to reduce routine ticket submissions and prevent issues before they arise.
• Cultivate and enhance a small, global IT team with a focus on automation and capacity building.
• Collaborate with People, Workplace & Facilities, Security, and the COO's office to ensure operational continuity.
• Demonstrated experience leading an IT function across multiple markets, rather than just a single local office.
• A proven history of transforming reactive, ticket-driven IT operations into proactive, SLA-focused service delivery.
• Hands-on experience in managing employee lifecycle processes: onboarding and offboarding, device and MDM management, and access provisioning.
• Experience in vendor management for on-premise, audiovisual, and networking infrastructure, including office construction and relocations.
• Expertise in building knowledge bases, SOPs, and support processes from scratch.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a strong sense of urgency, comfortable being the visible point of contact for IT issues at the corporate level.
• Experience in deploying AI or automation for IT service management (including agentic ticket deflection and workflow automation), beyond basic LLM applications.
• Experience providing IT support across North America, APAC, and Europe.
• Familiarity with ITIL or a similar service management framework.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
• Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.
• Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options.
• A collaborative and inclusive work culture.
