This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Lead the faculty team within the vertical.

• Provide clear guidance to instructors, address their questions, and determine team membership.

• Participate in the selection and onboarding of new trainers.

• Define the pedagogical approach within the Polaris Method.

• Validate the pedagogical and audiovisual quality of content prior to its release.

• Monitor students' academic progress in relation to their exam dates.

• Oversee exam sessions and adjust preparation as needed.

• Develop the value proposition for each training program in collaboration with the team.

• Promote regular mock exams and continuous improvement of live classes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Years of experience in preparing candidates for competitive exams.

• Ideally, holding a position in one of the competitive exams related to the vertical: Correos, ADIF, Renfe, Justice, Libraries, or Social Work.

• Ability to lead other educators: providing feedback, setting standards, and managing a remote team.

• Pedagogical insight: understanding what makes a class effective and how to translate that into a method.

• Autonomy and ownership.

• Proficiency with digital tools and AI.
